   Gold, along with other precious metals, is fundamentally a form of global currency. Unlike manufactured goods, its value is tied directly to real-time market fluctuations. Every product we sell, whether it's an intricate piece of jewelry or a solid bullion bar, is certified for its purity and weight. Because gold is treated like cash money, its price can change in an instant based on global economic factors. This core principle governs our return policy.

2. Returns and Buy-Backs for Bullion and Coins

   Due to the continuous and immediate volatility of the global gold market, all sales of investment-grade bullion bars and coins are final. Once a purchase is made and the price is locked in, these items cannot be returned for a refund.

   However, we provide a secure and efficient alternative: our buy-back service. We are always prepared to purchase the bullion bars you bought from us at our current buy-back price. This price is based on the prevailing market rate at that moment, ensuring you have a reliable way to liquidate your assets whenever you need to.

3. Order Cancellations and Fees

   We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel an order, you can do so within four hours of payment. A cancellation fee will be applied to cover administrative and processing costs.

   • A 1% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total payment.
   • Any credit card processing charges (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable and will also be deducted.
   • If the product has already been prepared for shipping, any associated delivery charges will also be deducted from your refund.

   For example, if you pay for a product with a credit card and cancel the order within the four-hour window, your refund will be the total amount paid, minus the 1% cancellation fee and the credit card processing fee.

4. Returns for Jewelry and Quality Assurance

   Our policy on gold jewelry remains centered on customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a jewelry purchase, you may return the item within seven days for an exchange or store credit, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all certificates and packaging.
